Natural Flake Graphite
Flake graphite is a natural crystalline graphite, crystal integrity, thin and good toughness, its shape is like a fish scale, hexagonal crystal system, is a layered structure of natural solid lubricant, with good high temperature resistance, electricity, heat conduction, lubrication, plastic, thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
Applications:
Flake graphite is widely used in high-grade refractory materials and coatings in the gold industry. Such as magnesia carbon brick, graphite crucible, lost mold coating and so on. Industrial material stabilizer, smelting industry desulphurization growth agent, light industry pencil lead, anti-corrosion industry paint, coating, etc. Carbon brushes for electrical industry, electrodes for battery industry, catalysts for fertilizer industry, etc. After deep processing of flake graphite, graphite emulsion can be produced for lubricant, release agent, wire drawing agent, conductive coating and so on. It can also produce expanded graphite for flexible graphite products, such as flexible graphite seals and flexible graphite composite products.
